Business Development Officer
Seven Springs Wealth Group is seeking a Business Development Officer to join our growing and talented team. The BDO is responsible for firm-wide business development, including acquisition of new clients, development of referral networks, and creating and maintaining the marketing and branding of the firm. BDO is comfortable making strategic decisions about the target client and market niche, sales events and programs, and completing the sales process. The BDO’s primary responsibility is bringing new business to the firm and transitioning it to a planner for service and advice. While the BDO does not have client service responsibility, they possess enough technical skills and industry familiarity to initiate new advisory relationships.
Seven Springs Wealth Group is a comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm located in Brentwood, TN. We serve individuals and families, both locally and across the country, in a collaborative relationship through objective financial advice based on our clients’ unique circumstances.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited firm or university. Demonstrated competency in consultative sales with proven record of revenue generation. Strong personal network, active in community, self-motivated, and disciplined. Excellent relationship management skills. Prior experience in a sales role within financial services (broker-dealer, RIA, bank, insurance agency, custodian, wholesaler, etc.) preferred, whether B2C or B2B. Middle Tennessee resident.
